Candle Care

Store in cool dry place

Trim your wick! You should be trimming your wick to about 1/4" or 0.63 cm each burn to extend the life of the candle by 25%

Burn to the edges! Let your candle burn for 2-4 hours so you have an entire layer of liquid wax to prevent tunneling

1/4" or 0.63 cm of wax left on the bottom - do not burn any more, the flame will be too close to the glass and the heat can make the glass shatter

Not 100% happy with your purchase? We are happy to exchange or return for you! Please follow the below steps:
- ShopTheDip.com will accept returns or exchanges for online orders within 14 days of your receiving date. The garment MUST be unwashed and unworn and have their original tags and labels. Returns received outside of this window can be returned for store credit on a case by case basis. International orders and discounted items are a final sale.
- If you would like to exchange your garment, please email shop@shopthedip.com to request your return label.
- Please include this completed form in your return shipment. For exchanges, let us know what new size and/or color you would like. We can only accept exchanges for styles at the same price point.
- Return the package (with the below form and original packing slip) using our pre-paid shipping label. Note: All returns are subject to a $9 restocking fee.
- We will notify you by email when we have received your return and credited for your purchase. If it is an exchange, we will notify you when your new item is on its way.

- Merchandise must be unused, unworn, unaltered and in its original packaging, this includes any boxes, bags, liners or other signature packaging materials
- All Sale items are Final Sale and can not be returned or exchanged
- DO NOT ship back any Final Sale items without prior consent. If we receive a Final Sale item in boutique we will keep the product and you will not be refunded.
