• Please allow 48-72 hours for order processing
• Orders shipping from Nantucket Island may take longer to arrive as we often experience shipping delays due to inclement weather on the island.
• Orders ship from our Palm Beach and Nantucket location, items may arrive in separate shipments
• We currently only ship products within the continental United States
• All Sale items are Final Sale and can not be returned or exchanged

Not 100% happy with your purchase? We are happy to exchange or return for you! Please follow the below  steps:  

1. ShopTheDip.com will accept returns or exchanges for online orders within 14 days of your receiving  date. The garment MUST be unwashed and unworn and have their original tags and labels.  Returns received outside of this window can be returned for store credit on a case by case basis.  International orders and discounted items are a final sale.  
2. If you would like to exchange your garment, please email shop@shopthedip.com to request your  return label.  
3. Please include this completed form in your return shipment. For exchanges, let us know what new  size and/or color you would like. We can only accept exchanges for styles at the same price point.  
4. Return the package (with the below form and original packing slip) using our pre-paid shipping label.  Note: All returns are subject to a $9 restocking fee.  
5. We will notify you by email when we have received your return and credited for your purchase. If it is  an exchange, we will notify you when your new item is on its way.
