The garment MUST be unwashed and unworn and have their original tags and labels.  Returns received outside of this window can be returned for store credit on a case by case basis.  International orders and discounted items are a final sale.  
2. If you would like to exchange your garment, please email shop@shopthedip.com to request your  return label.  
3. Please include this completed form in your return shipment. For exchanges, let us know what new  size and/or color you would like. We can only accept exchanges for styles at the same price point.  
4. Return the package (with the below form and original packing slip) using our pre-paid shipping label.  Note: All returns are subject to a $9 restocking fee.  
5. We will notify you by email when we have received your return and credited for your purchase. If it is  an exchange, we will notify you when your new item is on its way.
