• Please allow 48-72 hours for order processing
• Orders ship from our Palm Beach and Nantucket location, items may arrive in separate shipments
• We currently only ship products within the United States
• Due to the pandemic we are experiencing shipping delays and we are NOT responsible for any lost packages by carriers

Online Return + Exchange Policy

• 14 days to return or exchange from the day you received your order
• Merchandise must be unused, unworn, unaltered and in its original packaging, this includes any boxes, bags, liners or other signature packaging materials 
• Exchanges are Free
• Returns are subject to a $11 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund
• Returns over $500 will be subject to a $15 restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund
• All Sale items are Final Sale and can not be returned or exchanged

• Print + fill out your return exchange form HERE and include it in your return package for processing
